I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Online Fitness Coach with a strong foundation in clinical, community, and performance nutrition.
Originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nutrition Science, spending eight years studying in the United States while completing over:

- 2,500+ volunteer hours
- 1,500+ research hours
- 1,200+ hours of supervised Dietetic Internship practice

The Strength Without Labels (SWOL) program is a free community initiative run in partnership with a local non-profit, GiGi’s Playhouse, dedicated to empowering individuals with Down syndrome through the transformative power of strength training. Valeriia and Anya founded this program to challenge common misconceptions about Down syndrome, particularly the belief that individuals have limited capacity for building strength, muscle tone, or physical independence. Its mission is to shift the focus toward what each participant can achieve, while fostering an environment built on inclusivity, confidence, and support.
